Before we begin, let’s go through the process step-by-step.
1. Send through your vision on our “commissions” page (above). Please ensure you write your name, email, desired vision, size (and due date if necessary) in the comment section. If there is a mood board you would like to share, please send a link to laylaroseartwork@gmail.com. Ensure the mood board is mentioned in the request otherwise it may not be seen.
2. From here, you will be notified via email as to whether this commission will be possible, alongside a pricing quote. Only a small selection of commission requests will be accepted at a time, so ensure you submit your ideas nice and quick! (Follow my socials for updates & openings! 🙌 )
3. If accepted, you will need to submit a 50% deposit upfront. This will ensure your position is secured, whilst also covering the cost of materials. The art process will commence once payment has come through. (Unfortunately, there have been a few occasions where I have not been paid for my work, and materials are expennnnnnsive 🤕 )
4. Pending your waitlist position, your piece will be completed as soon as possible. Commissions will be shipped to the desired address once 100% of the commission payment has been processed. If 100% of the payment is not submitted, we have the right to not ship the artwork. Please read our T&Cs for more information.
